Indigenous Food Guide by the Government of Canada

Canada's Food Guide is a resource for recommendations on the standard diet that aims to cover all areas of nutritional needs. Although there are not much distinctions between the regular Canadian Food Guide and the Indigenous Canadian Food Guide, there is a separate Food Guide that is recommended for Indigenous people in Canada.
This Food Guide allows for the four main food groups to be more representative of traditional First Nations, Inuit, and Métis foods.
